twitter fan reports from Kobe: Fuma's feelings
The first day of the Kobe shows for Sexy Zone's summer concert was yesterday, and reports are surfacing on Twitter! In particular, Fuma made a really interesting statement about the future of Sexy Zone, and also about his feelings at the press conference, which I translated over at my journal here.

If you're interested, please feel free to check it out. Just a disclaimer that I was not there and this is only my translation of what Japanese fans are tweeting about the event.

Very interesting development. I'm proud of Fuma for what looks like a strong statement. And it doesn't surprise me because I remember the episodes of Johnny's Jr Land when he was a real leader and always looked out for the younger kids in the competitions. This gives me some hope for the future of Sexy Zone with all 5 members, which is the only way I want to support them. But I'm also worried because it doesn't seem as though Johnny has much tolerance for members who disagree with the agency,

I'm proud of Fuma, too. It clearly took a lot of courage for him to stand up for what he believed in this situation.

I also think that it really depends on what you mean by "disagree with the agency." Stating his opinion is pretty different than breaking his contract (like Koki) or breaking agency rules (like Jin). Other Johnny's have really excelled by disagreeing with the agency. For example, Johnny's West was supposed to debut as 4, but asked the agency to change it to 7, and the agency let them debut as 7 even though they had disagreed with the agency'd original plan (only 4 debuting). I have faith that Fuma will be able to protect the group.

I'm behind with the latest news, so tell me: are they all featuring in the tour? All 5 of them? And what happened in this press conference?

I already answered you on my other post, but Marius and Sou appeared at the Saitama shows but not the Kobe shows.

As for the press conference, I wrote a translation of the news reports here.
