ジャニーズの5人組アイドルグループ・Sexy Zoneの2ndシングル「Ladyダイヤモンド」（11日発売）が初週11.6万枚を売り上げ、4/23付週間シングルランキング首位に初登場。2作連続2作目の1位を獲得した。

　デビューから2作連続でのシングル首位は、昨年12/26付でKis-My-Ft2が「We never give up！」（昨年12月発売）で達成して以来4ヶ月ぶり。10代の男性アーティストとしては、2008年6/2付でHey!Say!JUMPが「Dreams come true」（2008年5月発売）で達成して以来、3年11ヶ月ぶりの記録となった。

　今作「Lady ダイヤモンド」は、Sexy Zoneが出演するフジテレビ系『リアルスコープZ』テーマソング。カップリングにはNHK Eテレアニメ『忍たま乱太郎』エンディングテーマ「風をきって」などを収録した。
